An Ensemble Offspring concert for the Coffs Harbour Music Society was flooded out in May this year.

As a gesture of good will to the broader music loving community of our region Bellingen Muse is thrilled to bring Ensemble Offspring to Coffs Harbour for a special Sunday Matinee performance at the Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium.

Patterns in Time is a journey through rhythm, colour and contemplation.

This program features intricate solos, duos and quintets exploring musical repetition, memory and transformation. From the gentle shimmer of Kate Moore’s Spel for solo vibraphone to the lyrical charm of Elena Kats-Chernin’s well known Eliza Aria, each work offers a new take on mesmerising minimal musical worlds.

Including new Australian voices such as Courtney Cousins and Nicholas Russoniello alongside established First Nations composer Chris Sainsbury, Patterns in Time invites listeners to pause, reflect, and revel in the subtle beauty of instrumental chamber music shaped by time.

For this concert the Ensemble Offspring players will be;
Claire Edwardes
Lamorna Nightingale
Jason Noble
Jean-Bernard Marie
Alice Morgan
